Paul Boswall and Jamie Henry were on hand to accept a donation on behalf of Queens County Residential Services Inc., presenting the cheque from the Prince Edward Island Western Horse Association is Michele Hoy and Bobbie Jo Duffy.
Michele and Bobbie Jo helped raise funds by organizing the first Annual WHA Tack Sale/Fleamarket for horse items this spring.
The donation of $325 will assist with the construction of the new QCRS Life Skills Training Center/Community Access Complex and residential units. QCRS Inc. is a not for profit agency that provides individualized support programs and services including day programs, housing and respite to adults with intellectual challenges.
